SwiftCharting was created by a team of clinicians who spent years working within multiple EHR systems that were inefficient, fragmented, and disconnected from real clinical care.
We experienced the frustration of spending more time charting than listening to patients. We saw how poor workflows increased burnout, delayed care, and created unnecessary risk. We used systems that lacked essential features like EMAR integration, forcing clinicians to rely on workarounds.
Instead of accepting this as the norm, we decided to build something better.
